Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, it immediately enters our preparation process. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Returns

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we generally do not accept returns for products that have been prepared, reserved, sourced, personalised, made to order, or otherwise allocated specifically for a client.

Where a return is accepted, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.

• Be in its original condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.

• Be returned within the period communicated by L'Carriera.

Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may be refused.
